We have manufactured hydraulic systems for oil rigs on the seven seas of the world. For example, nearly all the oil-producing platforms operating in the demanding conditions of the North Sea employ manifold technology manufactured by us. Our success and our solid reputation are based not only on our strength in hydraulic design but also on our experience and expertise in testing and commissioning large systems.

Efficient serial machine manufacture
The functioning and reliability of hydraulic solutions developed in the prototype stage for serial production are ensured by testing them in the field. This is a crucial part of the product development of our manufactures. The total pre-delivery testing includes the calibration of performance values at high flow rates and pressures. The testing makes for rapid assembly and short turn-around times for your serial production machines.

The high used capacity and productivity rate of paper and pulp lines are ensured by means of exhaustive testing and properly planned commissioning.

Fast, problem-free commissioning
The commissioning of large systems is handled jointly by Parker and the customer. In this way it is possible to ensure that oil rigs and industrial processes are quickly operational and fully productive. We have decades of experience in practical field work. As a provider of systems, we take responsibility for the functionality of the whole hydraulic motion-control system.

A large test bench ( 1400 l/min, 600 bar, 300 kW ) measures, tests and tunes all our products before delivery to the customer.
